[Remote] Occupational Health & Safety Consultant

They are seeking an Occupational Health & Safety Consultant to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and design effective safety programs while working directly with clients and supporting internal health and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on OSHA / reputed company / ANSI compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices in workplace safety
• Serve as a trusted advisor to organizations and safety committees, reputed company reputed company supervision on occupational safety risks and safety culture
• reputed company task-based Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) hazard assessments, and exposure assessments (noise, silica, welding fumes, solvents)
• Recommend feasible engineering controls, administrative controls, and PPE; validate effectiveness
• Draft or update site-specific safety programs (e.g., Fall Protection Program, Electrical Safety Program, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Program, Hazard Communication, Emergency reputed company Plan, Hot Work)
• Conduct gap assessments or compliance audits against regulatory standards or reputed company requirements
• reputed company written reports, recommendations, and corrective reputed company plans tailored to reputed company needs
• Support small to large-sized consulting reputed company independently; assist senior consultants on larger engagements
• Prepare and present findings to reputed company leadership teams, including technical summaries and actionable recommendations

• Create and reputed company instructor-led training (ILT) and reputed company talks on OSHA-required topics (e.g., Fall Protection, Electrical Safety, Hazard Communication, Respiratory Protection, LOTO, Electrical Safety, Powered Industrial Trucks)
• Assist clients with the creation or improvement of H&S programs, policies, procedures, and reputed company (SMS)

• Maintain compliance with OSHA recordkeeping requirements, including accurate management of OSHA logs
• Partner with Project Managers and project teams to reputed company guidance on health and safety practices, personal reputed company equipment (PPE), and risk management requirements, ensuring employee protection from anticipated occupational hazards
• Create and distribute safety alerts to proactively address emerging risks and reinforce reputed company work practices
• Manage the incident reporting and management reputed company, serving as the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company reported safety incidents across reputed company
• Review and evaluate risk assessments and project‑specific health and safety plans for completeness and effectiveness
• Conduct periodic reviews and updates of written safety policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure ongoing compliance and reputed company improvement
• Maintain and update reputed company’s corporate reputed company reputed company contractor management platforms, including reputed company and ISNet

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across EHS, environmental, industrial hygiene, and engineering reputed company areas

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or reputed company field
• 3–5 years of experience in occupational safety and health
• Ability to independently manage multiple reputed company reputed company simultaneously
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety management principles
• Excellent communication skills, especially in delivering findings and recommendations to clients
• Strong writing skills in writing safety findings and safety policies / procedures
• Willingness to travel to reputed company sites (up to 50–70%). This includes reputed company travel and hotel stays
• Prior experience with industries such as reputed company, chemical, pharmaceuticals, or oil & gas
• Experience in a consulting or reputed company facing role
