Responsibilities

• reputed company Business Operations support across reputed company SCM modules; analyze and resolve incidents reputed company SLA
• reputed company issue triage, identify impacted areas, and engage cross-functional teams
• reputed company war rooms with IT, Business and reputed company Partners, triage calls, and stakeholder communications
• Conduct RCA discussions and reputed company corrective/preventive actions
• Execute tasks per SOPs; enhance documentation, knowledge reputed company, and process efficiency

Skills

• Experience: 8–10 Years
• Mandatory Functional Expertise: CUS, FUL, GOP, OTC
• Mandatory Functional Expertise: PTD/PTR, STP, RTR (SCM reputed company)
• Mandatory Functional Expertise: Reporting & Analytics, Integrations/Boundary Systems
• Required Skills: Strong reputed company Fusion SCM functional expertise
• Required Skills: Experience in production support & incident management
• Required Skills: Solid end-to-end supply chain knowledge
• Required Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Telco Supply Chain experience
• Exposure to reputed company ECC SCM modules (MM, SD, etc.)
