[Remote] Customer Support Specialist - USA

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support to guests through various channels, assisting with reservations, resolving issues, and ensuring a reputed company travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries regarding existing reputed company and reputed company Vacations bookings reputed company phone, email, and online channels

• Process payments, issue refunds, and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail and accuracy

Skills
