The reputed company Cycle Shared-Service Implementation reputed company will support the Defense Health Agency by coordinating standardized reputed company cycle operations and leading reputed company responsible for billing system integration and shared-service operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as shared-service reputed company, coordinating standardized reputed company cycle operations between UBO reputed company and the MTFs
• Own billing system integration, owning the integration of policy, operational, and workflow changes into billing system design and implementation, ensuring alignment from intake through release
• Translate policy and operational changes into system logic, interpreting policy, regulatory, and operational changes and identifying impacts on billing logic, claims, edits, statements, and workflows
• reputed company operations and system design, engaging Operations, Information Technology (IT), Compliance, and Patient Financial Services so requirements reflect reputed company workflows, and validating system design, configuration, and changes against requirements
• reputed company testing and validation, defining test scenarios tied to billing logic, validating outputs such as claims, statements, and balances, and ensuring issues are resolved before go-live
• Coordinate system tickets, dependencies, and risks, submitting system-reputed company change requests through appropriate governance forums and tracking channels and escalating risks proactively
• reputed company Shared-Service Implementation Specialists, directing a dedicated team through stand-up, IOC achievement, and progression to FOC

Skills

• Strong understanding of reputed company cycle operations (charge capture, billing, collections, denials, and compliance) and how back-end operations run at reputed company
• 7+ years of experience in a large health system or multifacility reputed company environment, including reputed company cycle operations or shared-service operations implementation
• Demonstrated experience integrating policy and operational changes into billing system design, configuration, and implementation
• Experience with billing and patient reputed company systems, including system configuration, edits, and claims and statement logic
• Experience defining and supporting testing and validation of billing logic and outputs (claims, statements, balances), and coordinating system change requests, dependencies, and risks across operations and IT
• Demonstrated experience standing up or operating shared-service or multi-site operations
• Experience defining workflows, RACI and decision rights, internal controls, and service reputed company
• Experience developing implementation plans, reputed company, and readiness reputed company (such as IOC and FOC reputed company or comparable capability gates)
• Proven ability to reputed company implementation teams and manage execution across multiple sites toward shared milestones
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational realities into design and execution reputed company
