[Remote] Field Sales Manager

This role involves driving new business production, strengthening relationships with agency partners, and executing strategic sales initiatives across an assigned region.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 3–7+ years of experience in insurance sales, agency management, or field sales leadership
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products and distribution channels

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based, travel-heavy role
• Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
