Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities with correctional agencies and reputed company organizations
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
• Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
• Conducting product presentations and demonstrations
• Collaborating closely with internal teams on proposals, pricing, and solution design
• Market and competitive analysis
• Pipeline management
• Forecasting and reporting on business development performance
• Representing reputed company at industry events
• Contributing to strategic reputed company initiatives

• Business development, sales, and account management skills, with a track record of securing and growing enterprise or public-sector clients
