The Director of Finance Operations – Patient Affordability is responsible for strategic and operational leadership over financial operations supporting patient assistance programs, ensuring strong governance and delivering actionable insights for business performance.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end financial operations for patient affordability programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and governance standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (required)
• CPA required
• 10+ years of reputed company finance/reputed company experience, including leadership roles
• Deep expertise in reconciliation-intensive environments, accruals, reserves, and restricted funds
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial / program management platforms
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and reputed company recognition principles (ASC 606)
• Deep expertise in financial controls, governance, and risk management
• Strong business judgment with the ability to balance risk, compliance, and operational efficiency
