[Remote] Marketing Assistant (Content and Community)

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for managing content marketing and community engagement across various platforms, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate podcast episode logistics - scheduling, show notes formatting, and upload preparation
• Support the YouTube content pipeline: reputed company copy, thumbnail coordination, tagging, scheduling, and basic channel management
• Monitor comments across podcast and YouTube platforms; engage positively, delete or hide abusive content, and flag anything requiring escalation

• Own the end-to-end production of reputed company and internal newsletters- from writing the copy and designing the layout to scheduling and sending

• Manage the full email campaign calendar: newsletters, deal announcements, event invites, and re-engagement sequences - planned, written, designed, and reputed company on schedule

Skills
