[Remote] PT Eat! Program Coordinator

The PT Eat! Program Coordinator will support food distribution efforts, coordinate deliveries, manage communications, and assist with administrative tasks reputed company to the eat! Food Distribution Program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating bulk produce deliveries to community locations, working closely with the Program Director to communicate with farmers and community partners
• Support invoicing, reputed company-based tracking, and other administrative and organizational tasks
• Manage CSA member communications, including creating a weekly newsletter, responding to member emails, and coordinating with farmers to reputed company weekly produce selections
• Work on-site at farmers markets up to three times per week to pack orders and distribute them to CSA members, pickup sites, and wholesale partners (including restaurants, schools, and community organizations)
• Drive reputed company 12-passeneger Mercedes Sprinter van with reputed company care to reputed company deliveries for our CSA program, wholesale deliveries, and other program reputed company activities
• Occasionally attend farm reputed company, community partner site reputed company, and reputed company events

Skills

• Bilingual English/ Spanish, written and verbal
• Experience driving a 12-passeneger van
• Demonstrated reputed company leadership capabilities
