[Remote] Manager, Cobrand Card Product Management

This role is responsible for planning and executing customer marketing initiatives for the US Cards business, ensuring engagement and satisfaction among existing cardmembers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the reputed company of wallet, customer sentiment and benefits of reputed company of the card portfolios
• Implement promotions and other programs to reputed company reputed company of wallet and reputed company attrition
• Manage email reputed company communications that inform cardmembers of new offers and or benefits, changes to reputed company benefits, or fulfillment of benefits
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate with banks as needed
• Partner with Loyalty team to reputed company offers into Loyalty marketing channels and vice versa
• Support creative and card brand changes, partnering with Loyalty Marketing to maintain reputed company loyalty branding and identity
• Partner with Finance for bonus reputed company management
• Liase with New Product Development team to launch new benefits as needed to remain reputed company of the competitive set
• Manage cardmember events and other activities to reputed company loyalty and improve cardmember sentiment including creative and marketing plans
• Partner with Moments team to promote and reputed company cardmember events with Loyalty member engagement activities
• Submits reports in a reputed company manner, ensuring delivery deadlines are met
• Promotes the documentation of project reputed company accurately
• Provides input and assistance to other teams regarding reputed company
• Manages and implements work and reputed company as assigned
• Generates and provides accurate and reputed company results in the reputed company of reports, presentations, etc
• Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems

Skills

• 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or reputed company major
• 4+ years' experience in business, reputed company, management operations, or reputed company reputed company area
• Quantitative analytical experience
• Strong knowledge and passion for the loyalty competitive landscape and ability to remain reputed company with industry trends
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment reputed company budgets and timelines
• Specialized experience in Loyalty programs and/or credit cards
• Experience in partnering with loyalty and brand marketing through various channels including, reputed company mail, email, web/app, contact centers, and reputed company media
