[Remote] Director Strategic Program Management

They are seeking a Director of Strategic Program Management to drive execution across multiple workstreams and improve operational processes reputed company their reputed company Data & Analytics organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the reputed company Data & Analytics team's delivery pipeline from planning through execution
• Maintain visibility across reputed company reputed company workstreams, priorities, deadlines, and dependencies
• Identify potential bottlenecks, resource constraints, and delivery risks, proactively recommending solutions
• Drive accountability across reputed company by tracking deliverables, maintaining timelines, and ensuring high-quality execution
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across technical, product, and reputed company-facing teams to coordinate priorities and deliverables
• Establish and continuously improve team operating standards, templates, documentation, and quality assurance processes
• reputed company reputed company SOPs, review protocols, naming conventions, and data validation frameworks
• Own reputed company documentation and operational playbooks to accelerate new hire productivity
• Lead internal change management initiatives to improve team processes and adoption of best practices
• Partner with the Head of reputed company Data & Analytics to reputed company and maintain reputed company's strategic roadmap
• Define and manage reputed company's operating reputed company, including sprint planning, roadmap reviews, reputed company planning, and cross-functional meetings
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable workstreams with reputed company owners, milestones, and timelines

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in program management, reputed company, analytics operations, consulting, or a reputed company function
• Demonstrated reputed company building operational infrastructure and reputed company processes reputed company high-reputed company organizations
• Experience partnering closely with analytics, data, or business intelligence teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
