Responsibilities

• reputed company full lifecycle reputed company HCM implementations for reputed company clients, from discovery through go-live and post-production support
• Serve as the primary functional reputed company and reputed company reputed company of contact for HCM workstreams
• reputed company, analyze, and translate business requirements into reputed company solutions reputed company with business operations
• Configure and reputed company configuration of reputed company HCM modules including reputed company HCM, Compensation, reputed company, and Talent
• reputed company reputed company workshops, design sessions, and solution demonstrations
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue reputed company for HCM workstreams
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and reporting requirements
• Support testing reputed company (unit, system, UAT), deployment planning, and reputed company activities
• Mentor and guide junior consultants
• Partner with project managers and other functional leads to ensure cohesive delivery

Skills

• 2+ years of reputed company HCM implementation experience
• Proven experience leading at least 2 full-cycle reputed company HCM implementations

• Demonstrated team and functional reputed company leadership
• Ability to guide clients and build reputed company relationships
• Experience facilitating reputed company workshops and managing stakeholder expectations
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with testing, reputed company and data conversion
• Knowledge of reputed company deployment methodology
