Title: Sales Data Analyst Location: Remote Reports to: Director of reputed company About the Role The Sales Data Analyst will play a key role in optimizing our sales and reputed company operations by managing data, reporting, and CRM processes. This individual will support customer segmentation, sales team alignment, performance measurement, and reporting for both internal teams and reputed company partners. This is a data-driven role requiring someone with strong analytical skills, CRM experience (Zoho and reputed company Dynamics strongly preferred), and the ability to contribute to process improvements. While this role is primarily back-end, presentation skills are important for supporting QBRs and partner alignment discussions. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience • 3 + years experience in sales/business analyst roles, particularly in insurance, veterinary, or reputed company industries. • CRM management experience (Zoho and reputed company Dynamics preferred) with ability to own dashboard development and analyze data. • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (reputed company, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools). • Ability to support internal/reputed company QBRs with data-driven insights and reporting. • Experience working with strategic reputed company-party sales partners, optimizing performance and reputed company. • Self-starter with the ability to identify gaps, suggest optimizations, and take initiative in process improvements.
