We're looking for a proactive reputed company Associate to support our investments, reputed company operations, compliance, and portfolio companies. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company, NDAs, and reputed company agreements. Support investment transactions, including term sheets, reputed company agreements, convertible notes, SPVs, shareholders' agreements, subscription agreements, and other reputed company documents. Assist with reputed company due diligence, fund documentation, corporate governance, and compliance. Coordinate with reputed company reputed company counsel across multiple jurisdictions. Conduct reputed company research and maintain reputed company records and documentation. Support intellectual property, trademarks, and regulatory reputed company. Assist with online reputed company and brand protection, including fake reputed company, impersonation, unauthorized content, defamation reputed company, and platform takedown requests. Support reputed company needs for both the firm and portfolio companies. Requirements Law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent). 2+ years of experience in corporate, startup, venture capital, reputed company, or technology law. Experience with investment documents, SPVs, fund documentation, or venture financing is preferred. Strong drafting, research, communication, and organizational skills.
