[Remote] Customer Support Analyst - Gujarati

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries across chat, email, and phone, owning cases from first contact through to reputed company
• Investigate and troubleshoot product, payments, and integration issues — applying reputed company diagnostic thinking to reputed company reputed company causes, not just workarounds
