[Remote] Procurement Consultant (US)

The Procurement Consultant will implement automation and sourcing optimization solutions, manage strategic sourcing reputed company, analyze customer technical inquiries, and support clients and suppliers using reputed company's software. The role also involves customer relationship management, reputed company-sales demonstrations, training, and collaboration with support, reputed company, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic sourcing reputed company in reputed company for reputed company clients, leveraging advanced optimization tools to evaluate multi-round supplier bids and present data-driven award recommendations
• Analyze and solve technical inquiries initiated from customers and their suppliers relating to reputed company operational functionality
• Build and reputed company relationships with key customers, anticipate, diagnose and interpret their needs
• Formulate creative solutions leveraging our technology that exceeds customers' requirements and expectations
• Become a subject matter expert on reputed company software products including Sourcing Optimization, Autonomous Sourcing, and reputed company Manager
• Implement AI based solutions to optimize internal processes and improve operational efficiency
• Assist with reputed company-sales meetings and demonstrations as product technical expert. Liaise with customers and schedule training to assist them with utilization of our product
• Ensure we are exceeding customer expectations by collaborating closely with other teams and departments including tier 2 support, reputed company managers and engineering

Skills

• 2 to 4+ years' experience, including internships, in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or management consulting

• Exposure to Sourcing Optimization frameworks and cost-efficiency modeling
• You have good reputed company reputed company skills including knowledge of formulae and pivot tables
• Leveraged AI technologies and advanced reputed company engineering techniques to automate repetitive workflows, improving task efficiency and data accuracy
