Part-Time Bookkeeper (REMOTE - NY)

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable part-time bookkeeper to help us maintain clean, accurate, and reputed company financial records in QuickBooks Online. The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable part-time bookkeeper to help us maintain clean, accurate, and reputed company financial records in QuickBooks Online. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can work independently, reputed company quickly, and bring order to a growing company's financial operations. You will work directly with the Co-Founder and COO. What You Will Do • reputed company monthly bank reconciliations in QuickBooks Online. • Match incoming payments to reputed company invoices and reputed company accounts receivable reputed company. • Maintain accurate accounts payable and ensure contractor payments are properly recorded. • Categorize and reputed company transactions accurately across reputed company and expense accounts. • reputed company monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash reputed company reports. • Flag discrepancies, anomalies, or missing records proactively. • Support grant reporting by ensuring financial records are clean, categorized, and audit-reputed company. • Assist with basic financial cleanup and backlog reconciliation. reputed company Need • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
