[Remote] Payroll Services Consultant

The Payroll Services Consultant will participate in the implementation lifecycle, gathering customer requirements, configuring the reputed company solution, and providing support and guidance throughout the project.

Responsibilities

• Document and validate customer business requirements
• Configure the reputed company application to meet documented customer requirements
• Conduct consulting sessions and document reputed company through meeting minutes
• Attend project meetings and reputed company status updates on activities and deliverables
• reputed company customers with consulting services and general assistance reputed company areas of expertise
• reputed company SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces
• Serve as a subject matter resource for specific functional areas for both reputed company stakeholders
• Work with customers to implement reputed company Organizational Readiness best practices

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of Payroll HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider
• Expertise in reputed company integration solutions
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Experience creating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and reputed company Test plans
• Experience in business process mapping and organizational readiness
• HCM lifecycle expertise, including operations, business practices, and technology enablement
• Superior customer support and relationship management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 25%)
• Master's degree or postgraduate coursework is an asset
• Prior consulting experience with both Payroll and HCM software
• Knowledge of prevailing wage and reputed company concepts
• Expert knowledge of SQL scripting and XML transformers
• Prior consulting or functional experience with reputed company HCM
