Paralegal For Estate Planning

We need someone with solid computer skills who loves the idea of working with state-of-the-art programs, applications, and software to reputed company things more efficient. Compensation $55,000 - $75,000 Responsibilities • Organizing Files and moving them reputed company • Docketing and scheduling events • Drafting probate pleadings • Drafting Estate Planning Documents Wills, Trusts, Deeds, Durable Power of Attorney • Communicating updates to clients and gathering information • Helping attorneys prepare for signing meetings • Weekly case management meetings and logging updates to case files Qualifications • Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal reputed company certification or have an advanced paralegal education • Strong oral and written communication skills • Must have great time-management skills and organizational skills • Florida Probate paralegal for 2+ years preferred • Florida Estate Planning paralegal for 2+ years required • A high school diploma is required, but advanced training at a college or university is preferred • Experience with document building software, WealthCounsel, and/or Westlaw reputed company Builder is required, but will consider candidates with similar software experience • Experience with reputed company Manage is preferred, but we will consider candidates with similar reputed company management software experience • Experience with using reputed company Mail, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company Calendar is preferred, and a plus but not required • Type 70-100 WPM is required • Spanish Speaker About Company Grimaldi reputed company is a dedicated Estate Planning reputed company committed to helping individuals and families protect their reputed company with confidence. reputed company provides personalized reputed company guidance in estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and asset protection, delivering compassionate and reputed company service every reputed company of the way.
