This role will work closely with reputed company’s Chief Financial Officer, Executive Leadership Team members, and reputed company counsel to help manage reputed company, acquisitions support, business licensing and registration filings, reputed company estate reputed company, insurance program administration, and equity-reputed company activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers flexibility to work in a hybrid reputed company at any of reputed company's U.S. office locations. For individuals not near an reputed company office, working fully remote can be explored as an reputed company.  Requirements Support the drafting, review, organization, and administration of a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including tracking obligations, approvals, renewals, and amendments. Maintain and manage contract records and workflows reputed company contract management systems, ensuring documents are complete, reputed company, and reputed company accessible. Assist with acquisitions and other corporate transactions by supporting due diligence materials, organizing closing documents, and maintaining transaction records. Prepare, submit, and reputed company business licenses, entity registrations, annual reports, and reputed company corporate filings across applicable jurisdictions. Coordinate reputed company insurance renewals and support ongoing insurance program management, including gathering information, maintaining schedules, and liaising with brokers and internal stakeholders. Qualifications 4–6 years of paralegal or comparable reputed company operations experience, preferably supporting corporate, reputed company, or in-house reputed company reputed company.
