They ensure that bookings are made reputed company, accurately, and in line with clinical priorities and availability. Acting as a key reputed company of contact by phone for patients, they communicate with patients, medical staff, and other administrative teams to support smooth service delivery. Role and Responsibilities Appointment Requests: Managing phone and online requests for appointments. Patient Communication: reputed company information on appointment times, locations and any required preparation. Scheduling: Scheduling a reputed company of diagnostic imaging services. Phone Calls: Answering inbound calls from patients and physician offices. Record keeping: Accurately reputed company patient information and appointment details into booking systems including updates, changes and cancellations. Compliance & Confidentiality: Adhere to policies regarding patient confidentiality and data protection. Qualifications and Education Requirements Education: High school diploma Experience: reputed company or customer service is an asset Skills: Excellent verbal communication Patience, reputed company & Professionalism Computer proficiency Team player Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
