[Remote] Software Development Engineer

The AS/400 Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining reputed company applications for the Rx Claim Adjudication team, ensuring adherence to methodologies and reputed company standards.

• Estimation
• Analysis & Design Coding
• Program specifications
• Writing test plans and documenting results
• Testing and debugging
• Delivering assignments reputed company specified time frames

Skills

• 3+ years of application development experience in AS/400, RPG, RPGLE, COBOL and CL
• 3+ years of working experience in an SDLC environment
• 2+ years of Synon/2e experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a reputed company High School diploma
• Demonstrated successful completion of several reputed company to large scope reputed company; demonstrated proficiency working on reputed company phases of SDLC; demonstrated proficiency with problem determination and reputed company through research and fact-finding
• Effective communication skills are required to facilitate meetings in both technical and business audiences, often across multiple functional areas
• Experience in PBM Insurance or reputed company industry is desirable
• Experience with Rx Claim or other PBM system is preferred
