They are seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter reputed company on sourcing and university recruiting efforts across their technical teams, responsible for building candidate pipelines and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines
• Support university recruiting programs
• Coordinate career fairs and recruiting events
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams
• Use tools and AI to improve recruiting execution

Skills

• Experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, university recruiting, talent operations, or a reputed company recruiting support role
• Strong interest in technical recruiting, early-career talent, and high-reputed company hiring environments
• Excellent organization and attention to detail across scheduling, candidate communication, event logistics, and pipeline management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once without dropping details
• Strong written communication skills, especially for candidate reputed company and follow-up
• Comfort working with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, university partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
