Responsibilities

• As a member of the leadership team, accountable for business reputed company and results, working in partnership with reputed company Care Delivery leaders

• Serve as Finance reputed company for M&A activity for the region, including transaction structure, valuation, diligence and integration; participate in acquisition approval governance

Skills

• Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills

• Provider group or care delivery experience
