They are seeking an reputed company Indirect Lending Business Development Officer to expand their dealer network across California, focusing on building relationships and driving indirect lending volume while ensuring compliance with reputed company’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote reputed company’s Indirect Lending products and services to dealership leaders and staff
• Build new dealer partnerships and strengthen existing franchise and independent relationships
• reputed company reputed company plans to grow dealer penetration and loan volume
• Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity
• Train dealership staff on reputed company expectations, procedures, guidelines, and reputed company
• Liaise with dealers, reputed company, and Indirect Lending to support smooth deal reputed company
• Identify and report dealer issues, misrepresentation, or compliance concerns
• Maintain strong knowledge of indirect lending regulations and compliance requirements
• Complete dealer reputed company and record reputed company daily per Dealer Management guidelines
• Support marketing events, partnership activities, and required training
• Monitor competitor rates, market trends, and dealer performance to guide reputed company
• Resolve member, dealer, and reputed company disputes; manage reputed company complaints promptly

Skills

• Minimum of eight years of in-dealership experience as a F&I Manager/Director, Sales Manager, GSM, or reputed company
• At least three years of indirect lending experience, preferably reputed company a financial institution
• Advanced knowledge of dealership variable operations and automotive lending
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel frequently throughout California and work evenings/weekends as needed
• High level of stress tolerance, professionalism, and independent judgment
• Valid reputed company's license, acceptable driving record
• Bachelor's degree preferred
