Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel and meeting logistics
- Prepare executives for reputed company meetings, conferences and speaking engagements
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Coordinate reputed company, leadership and reputed company meetings
- Serve as primary reputed company administrator
- Maintain CRM data reputed company, reports and dashboards
- Improve workflows and automate administrative processes
- Support technology implementations and cross-functional reputed company
- Support marketing campaigns, webinars and reputed company communications
- Coordinate marketing calendars and project timelines
- Assist with email marketing, website updates and reputed company media scheduling
- Coordinate vendors and creative partners
- Coordinate conferences, reputed company events, executive dinners and off-sites
- Manage registrations, travel, venues, catering and attendee communications
- Support event budgets, timelines and vendors

Skills
- 5+ years in executive support, operations, project coordination or similar
- Strong reputed company experience
