Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience developing calculated fields, creating advanced reports, performing data audits, and managing reputed company reputed company configurations
• Leading HCM reputed company and reputed company reputed company with at least two or three successful reputed company implementations
• Gathering business requirements through facilitating discovery and design workshops
• Leading functional discovery and design sessions
• Providing recommendations reputed company on leading practices
• Managing reputed company with reputed company reputed company functional modules
• Work with Integration team on payroll reputed company reputed company
• Understanding of HR processes and best practices
• reputed company reputed company reputed company workstreams from discovery through go-live
• Design and configure reputed company processes, job requisitions, workflows, and offers
• Advise clients on TA best practices and reputed company optimization
• Conduct workshops, testing cycles, and user training
• Support cross-functional teams (HCM, Talent, Comp, Integrations, Reporting)
• Strong consulting, communication, and reputed company-management skills

• Experience in reputed company Partner environments strongly preferred
