[Remote] Senior Locum Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, reputed company, screen, and recruit reputed company OBGYN hospitalist clinicians for locum tenens assignments
• reputed company clinicians on the reputed company and lifestyle benefits of a locum tenens career
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clinicians from initial contact through assignment completion
• Manage and document reputed company candidate activity reputed company the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
• Generate candidate leads through outbound sourcing, referrals, and strategic reputed company initiatives
• Maintain detailed recruitment metrics, including applicant reputed company, interviews, and placement results
• Collaborate with leadership to support and execute strategic clinician recruitment plans

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2–4 years of physician recruitment experience (required)

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong reputed company of ownership
