[Remote] Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company and financial analysis for new investment opportunities, partnerships, and business development initiatives (cash reputed company, yield, IRR, scenario modeling)
• Partner with Business Development and Investment teams to evaluate new opportunities, including builder relationships, portfolio deals, and strategic partnerships
• Analyze portfolio performance across key metrics including occupancy, rent reputed company, expenses, and NOI
• Build and maintain financial models to support both new opportunities and ongoing portfolio insights
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform reputed company reputed company
• Assist in preparing investment memos, presentations, and reporting materials for internal stakeholders

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Property Management teams

Skills
