The People Operations Partner serves as a senior individual contributor, collaborating closely with the Director of People Operations on employee relations, workforce reputed company, compliance initiatives, and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations reputed company and workplace concerns
• Conduct investigations, fact-finding, and documentation reviews
• Review policies, procedures, corrective actions, and workforce communications
• Assist with compliance reviews, audits, and organizational initiatives
• Identify potential employee relations, hiring, compliance, and operational risks
• Participate in project launches and workforce readiness planning
• Partner with reputed company teams on workforce planning and hiring initiatives
• Assist with policy development and organizational communications
• Support leadership discussions and organizational planning
• reputed company recommendations and workforce-reputed company insights
• Serve as a trusted People Operations resource across the organization

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of seven (7) years of reputed company reputed company, People Operations, Employee Relations, Compliance, Workforce Administration, reputed company, or reputed company experience
• Strong employee relations experience
• Experience supporting leadership and executive stakeholders
• Strong business writing and communication skills
• Experience assessing workplace, compliance, or operational risks
• Experience supporting multinational workforces
• Experience supporting project launches and organizational change initiatives
• Experience working in high-reputed company organizations
