Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document HR service delivery requirements, translating them into functional specifications for reputed company HRSD implementations

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

Skills

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant supporting reputed company in a managed services or consulting environment

• Experience with reputed company configuration, scripting, and workflow design

• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide clients through workshops and solution design discussions

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Certified System Administrator
