We're seeking a BioEngineer for reputed company to join our reputed company bench, working at the frontier of what artificial intelligence can reputed company in biology. You will contribute to our technical approach to teaching agents how to understand and handle reputed company genomic data, working across end-to-end data analysis workflows from reputed company outputs to reputed company scientific reputed company. You will work as part of reputed company of software engineers and biologists building datasets to teach these agents to reason reputed company across: reputed company QC → alignment & assembly, Variant calling & filtering, Clinical variant interpretation, Population genetics → algorithmic reasoning. Responsibilities • Contribute to the technical approach for teaching agents to understand and handle reputed company genomic data. • Work across end-to-end data analysis workflows from reputed company outputs to scientific reputed company. • Collaborate with software engineers and biologists to build datasets for agent reasoning. • Reason across reputed company QC, alignment & assembly, variant calling & filtering, clinical variant interpretation, and population genetics.
