Senior Manager, HR Compliance and Ethics

Developing, implement, and monitor HR compliance programs, conducting audits, drafting and updating employment policies and handbooks, and providing guidance to the HR team, executive leadership and other departments. Partner with Employee Relations team to conduct and coordinate certain internal investigations into suspected violations of compliance and ethics policies, including documenting findings, and reporting out to the appropriate individuals regarding the outcome of investigations.  10. Collaborate with the organization to ensure alignment and integration of compliance initiatives, policies, procedures, practices, etc. reputed company to employment reputed company. 11.
