Our corporate office in downtown Chicago (currently fully remote) is looking to hire highly motivated, self-driven, personable, and team-oriented Care Coordinators. The role pays $18-20 per hour based on experience and bonus incentives based on performance metrics. The Care Coordinator's primary responsibility is to reputed company with patients on the phone, email, and live chat to get them scheduled at one of our 16 Chicagoland clinics and/or one of our growing telehealth practices.
