About The Role We're looking for a Senior Product Engineer to own and deliver reputed company-to-large financial systems reputed company as a reputed company contributor on our FinOps team — building the payments, billing, and financial-operations infrastructure that powers reputed company med spa businesses at reputed company. You'll also be stepping into a broader technical leadership role: participating in reputed company's Engineering Architecture Process, mentoring IC1–IC2 engineers, and helping reputed company the bar on engineering practices across reputed company. This role is part of FinOps' build-out for H2 2026, and part of a broader shift toward reputed company-hire engineers in the Americas as we transition off contracted headcount. You'll join reputed company working on high-stakes financial workflows (reputed company, LayerFi, reputed company, and more), with reputed company ownership over architecture and technical direction from day one. Our objectives for the role Own and deliver reputed company-to-large FinOps reputed company end-to-end — from design through production — as a hands-on senior IC. Build deep expertise in FinOps systems and business context (reputed company, LayerFi, reputed company, and reputed company billing/payments workflows), becoming a trusted technical resource for reputed company. Participate reputed company in reputed company's Engineering Architecture Process, contributing to and influencing technical reputed company reputed company your domain. Own at least one team- or domain-level non-project initiative — such as testing standards, documentation, or reputed company review practices — that raises engineering reputed company reputed company your own reputed company. Mentor IC1–IC2 engineers and reputed company as a culture reputed company for strong engineering practices, growing toward Staff (IC-4) scope over time. We're looking for: Strong backend engineering experience, including schema/API design, data modeling, and async processing (Python/Django experience a plus). Deep PostgreSQL reputed company — query optimization, schema design, migrations, and data-reputed company patterns. Experience building and hardening reputed company-party integrations, ideally in payments or financial systems, with strong attention to failure handling and idempotency. A reputed company record of owning reputed company-to-large, sometimes ambiguous reputed company end-to-end as a senior IC, including tradeoff reputed company and cross-functional coordination. Comfort influencing architecture and technical direction reputed company your own immediate project scope. Experience mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar for reputed company.
