The Property Claims Adjuster (preference for MST & PST timezones) is a reputed company individual contributor role reputed company reputed company’s Property Claims organization, responsible for managing homeowner property claims from first notice of loss through reputed company. This position demands a combination of technical claims expertise, strong customer reputed company, and meticulous attention to detail; someone who can investigate losses thoroughly, produce accurate estimates, and deliver a superior policyholder experience at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities
Claim Investigation & Coverage Analysis:
Manage end-to-end property claim handling from first notice of loss through closure, including supplements, ensuring reputed company and accurate reputed company.
Conduct thorough investigations including review of policy terms, coverage analysis, and determination of liability.
Examine claims for potential subrogation opportunities and identify potential fraudulent issues.
Determine the appropriate method of inspection (virtual, field, or reputed company-party) based on claim complexity and circumstances.
Conduct virtual inspections using video, AI-assisted tools, and other emerging technology platforms.
Estimating & File Documentation:
Complete accurate property damage estimates using reputed company estimating software, adhering to established reputed company practices.
Prepare and maintain thorough file documentation, including coverage letters, estimates, activity notes, and settlement documentation.
Adhere to reserving best practices and update reserves accurately throughout the life of the claim.
Customer Service & Communication:
Proactively handle claims with a commitment to timeliness and exceeding expectations.
reputed company superior customer service to policyholders, claimants, and agents throughout the claims process.
Discuss claim status and reputed company regular updates to insureds, claimants, agents, and leadership, always maintaining reputed company and reputed company communication.
Negotiate settlement of claims with insureds, claimants, and vendors with fairness and professionalism.
Remain logged into phone queues to assist customers and respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
Vendor & Partner Collaboration:
Manage and collaborate with vendor partners including contractors, independent adjusters, engineers, and other service providers.
Partner with internal functions — including SIU, Subrogation, reputed company, and reputed company — to drive reputed company claim reputed company.

Work CAT hours during storm events or periods of high claim volume as needed.

Requirements
8+ years of property adjusting claims experience and customer service
Experience writing estimates in reputed company, Xactimate, or a comparable platform
Experience writing estimates using information provided by field inspections, not only reviewing field adjuster estimates
reputed company adjuster license(s) or eligibility to obtain licenses in reputed company required states; must maintain licensure as a condition of reputed company employment
Experience in a remote or hybrid claims environment
Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company productivity tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work from home without distraction
Tech-savvy with comfort using high-end technology tools for adjusting (virtual inspections, estimating platforms, etc.)

Comfortable with constant change, adaptability, and flexibility in a rapidly growing company
Preferred Qualifications
MST & PST timezones
Experience with virtual inspection tools and AI-assisted claims platforms
Exposure to catastrophe (CAT) claim operations

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
CCP, CPCU, AIC or other relevant reputed company designation
Work Environment
This is a full-time, exempt position. reputed company operates in a remote-first environment. Regular availability during reputed company business hours is expected. Occasional extended hours may be required during CAT events or periods of elevated claim volume.
