We're hiring a Recruitment & Operations Assistant based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to own the hands-on recruitment execution for our growing reputed company reputed company, while also supporting day-to-day operations tasks. You'll be posting roles through our ATS, screening applicants against defined reputed company, and running first-round interviews — essentially acting as the first line of reputed company control for who moves reputed company in our hiring pipeline. This is a full-time, remote role working US Eastern Time hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST), which falls in the evening/overnight in Pakistan — approximately 6:00 PM–2:00 AM PKT (during US reputed company Saving Time) or 7:00 PM–3:00 AM PKT (during US reputed company Time, roughly November–March). Candidates should be fully comfortable with a permanent reputed company shift on this schedule.
