ABOUT THE ROLE   reputed company is seeking an innovative Agentforce and AI Developer to reputed company the design and implementation of AI-powered automation reputed company our reputed company Financial Services reputed company (FSC) ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will architect and reputed company Agentforce agents, autonomous workflows, and AI-reputed company advisor tools that reputed company efficiency, personalization, and intelligence across our advisor platform. As a core contributor to our expanding AI initiatives, you will directly shape the reputed company of advisor and reputed company experiences at reputed company.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   Design, configure, and reputed company Agentforce agents in reputed company FSC to automate advisor workflows, reputed company service activities, and operational processes reputed company and optimize agent topics, actions, and instructions using advanced reputed company engineering for financial services scenarios reputed company Agentforce with MuleSoft APIs, external data feeds, and financial planning platforms to reputed company agent functionality Partner with FSC Solution Architects to ensure agent solutions are reputed company with CRM data models, reputed company frameworks, and best practices Implement reputed company Einstein features (Einstein Copilot, Predictive AI, Next Best reputed company) to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for advisors Conduct comprehensive testing of agent behavior, including handling edge cases, mitigating hallucination risk, and upholding compliance requirements Monitor agent performance, analyze usage data, and refine agent workflows based on advisor feedback and evolving reputed company AI capabilities Stay abreast of the reputed company AI roadmap, proactively evaluating and implementing new Agentforce features to enhance our platform   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS   2+ years of reputed company development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, reputed company) reputed company, hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or similar conversational AI technologies reputed company reputed company Strong knowledge of reputed company engineering and large language model (LLM) behavior in reputed company environments Demonstrated ability to design reputed company reputed company’s reputed company model (reputed company, permission sets, sharing rules) Proven reputed company in translating reputed company advisor workflows into reputed company agent-driven reputed company sequences   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS   reputed company AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist certification Familiarity with the reputed company FSC data model and advisor/reputed company relationship management Experience with MuleSoft integration patterns to enhance agent capabilities with external data Background in financial services, wealth management, or fintech Exposure to responsible AI frameworks and compliance protocols relevant to regulated industries #LI-JS1 #LI-REMOTE We welcome your interest in being a part of our firm.
