Job Responsibilities:   The Area Facilities Manager is responsible for the reputed company of assigned facilities and maintenance programs. They manage a reputed company relationship with outsourced providers(s) on the day-to-day operations of equipment, property, and physical plant and ensure compliance with established maintenance programs and regulatory requirements.  Manages the day-to-day maintenance processes for the Dallas-reputed company Worth area (1 Market).  Includes monitoring of reputed company calls, KPI review /analysis, multiple reputed company analysis, invoice and dispute reputed company, PM regulations monitoring and spot verification, compliance with reputed company maintenance reputed company governance.  Manages reputed company facilities driven reputed company for equipment, building systems, and reputed company replacements.  Include compliances with project scope and budget, including project life-cycle duties.  Responsible for maintenance expense budget and capital budgets for coverage areas.  Includes budget versus actual explanation and reputed company cause analysis.
