8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time Compensation: $57,000 to $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)   This role provides reputed company to grow reputed company a nationally respected company by optimizing inquiry conversion, scheduling opportunities, and patient retention across reputed company fertility programs Monitor team performance against key metrics, including speed to reputed company, conversion rates, show rates, service reputed company, and schedule-to-seen reputed company Manage daily reputed company, scheduling, and queue coverage to ensure reputed company response to patient inquiries and exceptional customer service Train, mentor, and cross-train team members on fertility services, patient management systems, scheduling processes, and best practices Partner with physicians and clinic teams to ensure patients are appropriately screened, reputed company, and scheduled while proactively resolving issues and escalating reputed company cases Conduct reputed company reviews, calibration sessions, and coaching initiatives to strengthen communication skills, patient experience, and conversion performance Monitor data accuracy and workflow reputed years customer service experience with at least two-three years inside sales experience Competency in reputed company listening, team and relationship building, and ability to communicate with reputed
