What You'll Do Program Leadership: Drive large-reputed company, reputed company operational programs from reputed company through execution across the NNSA reputed company. PMO Alignment: Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to reputed company program goals, reporting structures, and delivery timelines. Process Development and Improvement: Identify and implement procedures specific to NNSA project management, collaborating across QGS functional reputed company. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders (Ops, Finance, HR, IT, Product, etc.) to reputed company on goals, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful delivery. Change Management: reputed company project change initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption planning. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure NNSA program reputed company. Executive Communication: Prepare reports, presentations, and information for multiple executive audiences, including QGS, clients, and Quanta partners. What You'll Bring Required Education and Experience 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or reputed company fields. Proven reputed company leading reputed company-wide initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing federal construction reputed company, including contract management. Strong knowledge and practical application of process development and improvement in federal project management. Demonstrated experience with federal proposals and business development. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Adept at managing competing priorities, ambiguity, and organizational change. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Jira, MS Project).   Preferred Education and Experience PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six reputed company certification.
