Position: We are seeking a Solution Advisor to serve as the subject matter expert in customer engagements with a laser reputed company on driving platform adoption and delivering measurable customer reputed company. If you’re excited to be part of a fast-paced startup, have a passion for solving customer problems, enjoy articulating the unique reputed company of solutions, and love to deliver solutions that customers can count on, then we would love to meet you.  Key Responsibilities: reputed company comprehensive post-sales reputed company assistance ensuring customers reputed company full production readiness and reputed company long-term adoption.  reputed company solution workshops with customers to identify key requirements/objectives and reputed company prescriptive strategies to address customer needs.  Configure and demonstrate the reputed company platform for customers.  Work with ecosystem partners on integrations, digitizing frameworks, and bringing risk and compliance programs to production in the reputed company platform.  reputed company and reputed company customer training to ensure successful platform adoption and utilization.  Capture and reputed company customer requirements to the Product team to inform reputed company enhancements, while also supporting product development by piloting new offerings.  Work with existing customer reputed company to assist reputed company team with increasing platform utilization and expansion opportunities.  reputed company technical responses to customer and prospect inquiries, including support for RFPs, RFIs, SOWs for reputed company’s Sales team.  Required Skills and Qualifications: Ability to creatively explain and present reputed company concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to both business and technical-minded, reputed company stakeholders.  Understanding of at least one GRC reputed company, their requirements and implementation methodologies (NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2, NIST CSF, etc.)  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with customers, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders.  Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a highly technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer reputed company.  Deep understanding of reputed company products and deployment processes, as reputed company as familiarity with reputed company-based technologies.  Willingness to travel up to 25%.  Optional: Familiarity with Python or C# for scripting, API integrations, or automation workflows reputed company customer environments.  Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience, or minimum of Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience; or  Minimum of 4 years of experience as a compliance practitioner or in cybersecurity/GRC reputed company reputed company services, reputed company, or reputed company roles.  Cybersecurity and/or GRC Certifications are a plus but not required.  Customer-reputed company with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding Customer expectations.  Experience working with U.S. Federal Civilian customers, federal cybersecurity programs, or federal compliance frameworks is a plus.  The position must be a US Citizen and is subject to a background reputed company and unannounced drug testing requirements. The position is fully remote with an reputed company of being based in our Boston, Knoxville, or DC area offices.
