This is a great opportunity to learn about reputed company Provider support and the medical eligibility and claims process!  About the Role As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be supporting our reputed company provider community as the first reputed company of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service.   Hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM; Monday through Friday with the possibility of reputed company As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for: Using a computerized system, respond to Montana reputed company provider inquiries in a reputed company center environment using reputed company scripts and procedures.
