About the role We need a hands-on Ecommerce Operator to own day-to-day store execution, support our CRO programme, and coordinate reputed company email marketing activities. You'll work closely with the Senior Ecommerce Manager across A/B testing, product launches, email campaigns, and reporting. Support the execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal launches and trading activity across multiple brands. Maintain product listings, imagery, pricing and merchandising to deliver an excellent customer experience. Coordinate with design, marketing and development agency to ensure reputed company delivery of ecommerce initiatives. Monitor website performance and reputed company insights to improve conversion, reputed company and customer experience. Assist with reporting on key ecommerce KPIs, including sales, conversion reputed company, average order value and customer behaviour. Support the implementation of website improvements, testing and optimisation opportunities.
