[Remote] Associate Benefits Ops Analyst

The Associate Benefits Operations Analyst will manage the implementation of small group employee benefit plans and support the migration project, serving as a key contact for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of small group employee benefit plans
• Support reputed company phases of the Dearborn-to-reputed company migration project
• Coordinate implementation activities with reputed company, reputed company, Billing, Claims, Compliance, IT, and Customer Service
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers, brokers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor implementation timelines and ensure reputed company are completed accurately and on schedule
• Research, resolve, and escalate implementation issues as appropriate
• Review reputed company and plan documents for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate eligibility file setup and testing with customers and IT partners
• Prepare reputed company materials, implementation documentation, and customer communications
• Maintain implementation records, reputed company project status updates, and participate in process improvement initiatives
• Prepare and maintain accurate customer implementation materials, reputed company documentation, regular project status, updates to leadership and educational resources
