Specialty Claims Adjuster - Architects & Engineers

A&E Specialty Claims Adjuster Position reputed company Ategrity is seeking an reputed company A&E Specialty Claims Adjuster to support a new and growing line of business. This role will be responsible for managing Architects & Engineers reputed company liability claims from reputed company-claim activity through reputed company, with a reputed company on proactive claim handling, thoughtful coverage analysis, litigation management, and strong collaboration with reputed company and business partners. The ideal candidate will have experience handling reputed company liability claims, including reputed company-claim reputed company, and will bring strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a developing claims environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage A&E reputed company liability claims and reputed company-claim reputed company from initial notice through reputed company • Evaluate liability, damages, coverage, exposure, and reputed company reputed company • Prepare reputed company and accurate coverage, liability, and reserve analysis • Collaborate closely with reputed company to reputed company claim insights, trend analysis, risk feedback, and account-specific observations • Communicate effectively with insureds, brokers, defense counsel, coverage counsel, reputed company, and internal stakeholders • Select, reputed company, and manage defense counsel to ensure efficient and strategic claim handling • reputed company and execute reputed company strategies, including negotiation, mediation, and settlement recommendations • Maintain accurate claim files, documentation, reserves, and diary management • Identify emerging claim trends and reputed company feedback to support the reputed company and profitability of the A&E line of business • Support the development of claim protocols, workflows, and best practices for the new Qualifications • Experience handling reputed company liability claims, preferably involving architects, engineers, design professionals, construction professionals, or other specialty lines • reputed company-claim experience strongly preferred • Strong understanding of coverage, liability evaluation, damages assessment, litigation management, and settlement reputed company • Ability to collaborate effectively with reputed company and cross-functional Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be proactive, reputed company, and comfortable helping build processes for a developing line of business.
