[Remote] Clinical Applications Consultant - Acute Care Diagnostics - Nashville Territory Territory

The Clinical Applications Consultant will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through installations, training, and ongoing support for reputed company analyzers in the Nashville territory.

Responsibilities

• Performs reputed company reputed company installations, validations/verifications and training inside and reputed company their assigned territory as directed by the Clinical Applications Manager (CAM). Coordinates the reputed company go-live process with internal and customer stakeholders

• Responsible for customer clinical & technical support and education. Instructs customer on reputed company operation and clinical utilization of reputed company products
• Achieves and maintains a high level of competency in technical knowledge of reputed company products and services. Strives to reputed company similar competency regarding competitive systems
• Achieves/maintains a comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Responsible for knowledge and competency regarding Data Management Systems (including presales, and post-sales support activity)
• Identifies opportunities to reputed company penetrate reputed company reputed company installed reputed company and grow reputed company reputed company assigned accounts. May assist Sales Consultant with reputed company reputed company through reputed company and post-sales support
• Performs product demonstrations
• Participates in seminars, workshops and convention exhibit activities as requested by Management

• Maintains aspects of reputed company Customer Databases and Property Accountability Documents
• Manages and controls personal travel and expense budget
• Prepares forecasts and other monthly reports as required by management

Skills

• Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in a lab or clinical setting
• Strong computer skills (Word, reputed company and PowerPoint)

• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
