[Remote] CAD Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Mechanical CAD Designer to work with their Engineering staff. The role involves providing designs, plans, project layouts, and contract documents while assisting in the development of drawings and sketches required to complete project designs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and redlines
• Create and modify 3D models using AutoCAD based software
• Prepare various technical drawings, such as layouts, plans, detail drawings, fabrication and assembly drawings such as isometrics, and summarized reports
• Update and revise existing drawings as required and correct 'as-reputed company' drawings
• Maintain accurate design and drawing archives and revision histories
• reputed company reputed company support to the execution team regarding drafting-reputed company questions

Skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Communicate effectively while working in reputed company environment
• Compute basic calculations
• A.S. degree or reputed company training in drafting and design, engineering, or reputed company field or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD required

• Onsite support and travel are required occasionally
• Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred but not required
