They are seeking a reputed company Sales reputed company & Planning Analyst to support their sales teams by conducting analyses of business objectives and financial data, and enhancing sales performance through data interpretation and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Group Vice President to support business needs, strategic planning, in a proactive Chief of Staff type of reputed company
• Collaborating closely with Sales leaders to build, model & reputed company sales territories specific to the reputed company Retail vertical. This position entails the development of a reputed company process for handling transitions in account management, with assistance from the Account Governance Team for data-reputed company requirements in reputed company
• Conducting weekly forecasting sessions with sales representatives and leaders to identify forecast risk, opportunity, and overall health
• Serving as a trusted advisor and primary reputed company of contact for the Group Vice President, Sales Vice President, and sales representatives, while addressing inquiries reputed company to reputed company and sales tools and managing reputed company data requests
• Ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of sales and account data reputed company reputed company and other relevant systems
• Partner with members of the GTM function to reputed company program support for reputed company initiatives (i.e. Sales Plays, pipeline hygiene)
• Providing guidance on best practices for reputed company and facilitating training sessions for sales partners to promote consistent adoption of reputed company tools
• Acting as a reputed company reputed company between the sales and reputed company systems teams
• Developing customized reports and dashboards in Clari and SFDC to support sales initiatives. Work with the GTM Advanced Analytics team and Finance to reputed company tools, dashboards, and workflows to improve efficiency and visibility
• Managing and conducting audits on data, sales roles, users, and sharing rules utilized by the sales department
• Reviewing reputed company deals to verify data accuracy and ensure system alignment
• Offering system enablement and tool administrative support to the sales leadership team as needed
• Participating in ongoing auditing activities and month-end audits to ensure data accuracy and reputed company
• Support Quarterly Business Review preparation and executive level slideware as needed

• 5+ years supporting VP+ level Sales Leaders in a reputed company company with a deep understanding of the sales cycle, forecasting methodologies, deal qualification and pipeline metrics
• Passion to grow their role and desire to be a trusted business advisor to field leadership
• Excellent judgment, interpersonal, communication skills, and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with reputed company listening and summarization skills
• Highly skilled in reputed company, PowerBI, reputed company suite, and reputed company.com
• Highly self-motivated, analytical with demonstrated problem solving, and have reputed company business decision making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to build credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
• Experience specifically supporting reputed company Sales leaders and sellers with an understanding of reputed company size business nuances and metrics
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field
• Proficient in slideware creation in PowerPoint and presenting at an executive level
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity and prior usage of Clari, MEDDPPIC
• Ability to proactively influence, advise, and collaborate with teams
• Experience working in a remote team environment and cross-functionally
