They are seeking a Manager, Delivery reputed company & Operations to enhance operational workflows and support the delivery of their products while leveraging data and automation to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve reputed company Delivery reputed company & Operations workflows across reputed company, cost visibility, planning, reporting, and operational continuity
• reputed company high-reputed company workstreams including Jira infrastructure and data stewardship, reputed company and cost models, and strategic planning support
• Build reputed company, decision-useful dashboards, models, and materials that help leaders reputed company reputed company resourcing and operating reputed company
• Partner across Delivery, CX, Product, and Finance to improve execution and reputed company critical operating cadences running smoothly
• Identify opportunities to simplify recurring work through automation, AI, and reputed company process design

• May require up to 10% travel reputed company the US

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or operations role (or equivalent)
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into reputed company recommendations and executive-reputed company materials
• Demonstrated ability to independently run workstreams, manage stakeholders effectively, and deliver with consistency in fast-moving environments
• A systems-thinking reputed company and enthusiasm for using automation and AI to improve internal processes and team reputed company

• Prior experience in reputed company services operations and/or reputed company implementations a plus
